About the show
Our 28th original production was created from the illustrated book by Eric Carle It was another co-production with Bristol Old Vic and the first time we worked with musician Benji Bower. After its initial run at Bristol Old Vic over Christmas 2005, we toured the show nationally from September 2006 to February 2007, including 2 weeks at the egg Theatre in Bath as their first ever Christmas show.
Monica longs to play with the moon. So her father sets out on a remarkable journey to make her wish come true. With a little ingenuity and a VERY long ladder he reaches his goal - but the moon is much too big for him to carry...
