What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you subscribe to our newsletter. When subscribing to our newsletter you will be asked to enter your name and e-mail address. We would also like to know your postcode.
We will also collect information from you should you choose to donate to Travelling Light.
You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
What do we use your information for?
If you select to receive emailed newsletters from us, we will email you approximately every other month. Our newsletters contain information on forthcoming productions, our participation projects, company news, and our latest fundraising initiatives.
We ask for your postcode so that we can track where our online audience is from in order to ensure that we are reaching a wide range of people, and are fulfilling our charitable audience development objectives. It is for research purposes only, and will not be used in order to send you unsolicited mail.
If you opted to donate to Travelling Light through clicking on any of the donation links on this website, you will be transferred to the Charity Aid Foundation website, who will securely process your donation on our behalf. They will share any personal data entered through their website with Travelling Light whilst processing the donation, according to your specified donation preferences. If as part of this process you have opted to receive information from Travelling Light, you will be subscribed onto the newsletter email list and receive future communications from us as outlined above. We would also like to contact you to thank you for your kind donation, but only if you have given us permission to contact you.
How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information. If you would like to see a copy of our data protection policy please email info@travellinglighttheatre.org.uk.

Do we use cookies?
This website uses cookies supplying information to Google Analytics and Hotjar Analytics. We use cookies to enhance your online experience and to better understand how our websites are used. Cookies may tell us, for example, whether you have visited our site before or whether you are a new visitor.
We also use Google AdWords conversion tracking and Google Signals. Google AdWords uses cookies in order to measure the performance of advertisements (Google AdWord campaigns). These data models and reports are based on random samples and are pseudonymised to ensure anonymity. You can access and delete this information at any time by visiting My Activity in your Google account.
Our cookies do not store information which is capable of directly identifying you (such as your name or address). You can choose whether to accept these cookies by amending or setting the controls on your browser to reflect your cookie preferences.

However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing or research purposes.
