A whole year group spends a week working with Travelling Light artists to produce a ‘Play in a Week’ based on a specific curriculum topic, learning through creativity.

Play in a Week was developed to celebrate the creative ideas and imaginations of children. Valuing them as artists in their own right.

In 2013, we began working with Victoria Park Primary School to develop this creative learning offer and we continue to return to the school each year.

The whole of year 3 spends a week working with Travelling Light artists to produce a ‘Play in a Week’.

This project can be adapted to suit the needs of your students. Do get in touch with us about a modified version of Play in a Week if this would be more beneficial for your young people.
