Become a Friend
If you sign-up to give regular donations you become our Friend. Your regular donations enable us to plan for the future, helping us continue to invest in creative opportunities for children and young people who are the least able to seek them. Sign up and you will receive:
- A big THANK YOU on our website (if you wish).
- At least three special Friends newsletters each year that give you insider Friends only knowledge of our productions, participation projects and the teams that create them.
- An invitation to at least one special event per year.
How your donation helps

£50 could pay for a bursary for a young person to attend our youth theatre for free for a term.

£20 could pay for travel costs for a young person to attend workshops.

£10 could pay for materials for a creative holiday workshop with children in Barton Hill, Bristol.

Pick a fundraising idea
Why not take on a personal fundraising challenge? Previously friends and supporters have run, cycled, swam, danced and more to raise money for Travelling Light. Or how about organising a cake sale or social fundraiser, such as a dinner party or film night for your friends? Do get in touch if you'd like to discuss organising a fundraiser.
Corporate donors
Does your organisation support charities? Could you nominate us as your company’s charity of the year or hold a fundraiser for us? Previously corporate donors have supported us through their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) sponsorship, staff taking on annual fundraising challenges and one-off large gifts.
