Charity Cycle Ride for Travelling Light

The 2023 charity cycle ride raised £2,530 + gift aid for Travelling Light and Brandon Trust, with Travelling Light receiving £1,430 + gift aid. The money raised goes towards running our Louder Than Words youth theatre group for disabled children. Thank you so much to everyone who donated and to Vanguard Self Storage for organising the charity cyle ride for two local charites.

Local business Vanguard Self Storage organised a charity cycle ride on Sunday 13 August 2023 to raise funds for two local charities close to their hearts, Travelling Light and Brandon Trust, for the third consecutive year.

Money raised will towards running costs for our Louder Than Words group for disabled children and young people with additional needs.

Each week disabled young people enjoy sessions packed with play and imagination. They express themselves, have fun, make friends and learn new skills in drama, music and storytelling in a supported and friendly environment.
