Charity Cycle Ride for Travelling Light

Local business Vanguard Self Storage is organising a charity cycle ride on Sunday 13 August to raise funds for two local charities close to their hearts, Travelling Light and Brandon Trust, for the third consecutive year.

Money raised will go towards running costs for our Louder Than Words group for disabled children and young people with additional needs.

Each week disabled young people enjoy sessions packed with play and imagination. They express themselves, have fun, make friends and learn new skills in drama, music and storytelling in a supported and friendly environment.

Join the cycling team

We invite you to join our team and take on the challenge to help raise money to support the work of Travelling Light.

Taking place on Sunday 13 August, meeting at 7:30am at Vanguard Self Storage, 22 Church Road, Bristol BS59JY.

Option 1: 100 Mile Route

If you are a keen cyclist and/or are up for a challenge, join us for the full 100-mile route, departing from Vanguard Self Storage at 8am. A circular route out through South Bristol and around North Somerset. Road & gravel tracks.

Option 2: 10 Mile Route

Alternatively, join us for the ‘fun ride’ – approximately 10-mile section of the route along The Strawberry Line. Meet us at Yatton railway station at 10am.
