- Lantern making and parade!
As part of our 40th year celebrations, we are collaborating with children, young people and our community to create Winter Lights - an event that celebrates joy, light, creativity and the warmth of community.
Bring the family and immerse yourselves in an afternoon full of fun: enjoy storytelling workshops, craft activities and creative workshops, watch captivating performances by Travelling Light’s youth theatre, create lanterns inspired by urban animals, and join us for a magical lantern parade through Barton Hill to the Urban Park, featuring live music from Burning Brass. There will also be live music and tasty refreshments to keep everyone entertained throughout the afternoon.
Come light up the winter with us!
