Closing Date

Deadline 9am, Wednesday 22 July

Opportunity Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for an emerging professional from a participation background to develop skills in directing and gain insights into how to make theatre for a specialist age group (0-3s & families). As the Facilitator you will help devise and facilitate a creative play offer that is part of the performance and play offer. You will tour with the show and lead activity.

About the project

Following on from a period of successful R&D (read more about the R&D process); and our well-established work with and for schools and early years; Travelling Light are developing a new offer for 0-3s and their families, ready for touring.

Wonder Baby is a new high-quality, non-verbal theatre experience for early years, incorporating play and performance.

Using movement and clowning, Wonder Baby explores physical play and its regulatory impact alongside the joyful experience of creating spaces for families and children to play together differently.
